Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that uses tiny needles to create micro-injuries in the skin. This process stimulates your body's natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin production to improve skin texture, tone, fine lines, scars and pores. It is a safe and effective way to refresh and rejuvenate the skin with minimal downtime. 

Our treatments are customized to accommodate various skin types and concerns, ensuring safe and effective results for every client.

Botox Parties are a fun, convenient way to enjoy treatment with friends, but must be scheduled carefully for safety and quality.

• A minimum of 5 people receiving treatment is required to book a party.
• Parties must allow a minimum of 2.5 hours to ensure I can provide safe, attentive care.
• Add 30 mins for each additional persons receiving treatment.
• A $400 deposit is required for 5 participants, with an additional $75 for each additional person receiving treatment.

Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office directly or by clicking the "Request a Consultation" button. Consultation fee will be applied to cost of treatment if receiving same-day treatment. 

Consultation fee: $175/ approx. 45 mins

• If you choose to receive treatment same day, and deemed safe and appropriate by treating provider, the consultation fee will be applied to the cost of treatment.  

• Yes, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment.
• Payment can be made via Venmo or credit card (a 3.5% fee applies to credit card payments).
• Deposit will be applied toward the cost of your treatment when you receive services scheduled.

For clients who only receive Botox, if you book your next session at the end of your appointment you will receive $25 off your following treatment.

To protect both you and J.E.M, a signed Membership Agreement is required before your benefits begin. This ensures transparency and clear expectations for the entire membership year.

• Annual J.E.M. Glow Treatment -One yearly treatment for brightening, hydration, and radiance (this is not a microneedling session)

Cancellation for Personal Sessions:

Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours or less of your appointment time and will not be applied to any future appointments.

If you reschedule 48 hours or less of your appointment, a new $150 deposit will be required, even if you previously paid in full.

If you paid in full for future services and cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a $150 non-refundable deposit will be retained, and the remaining balance from your full payment will be refunded (if not rescheduling the appointment). 

Cancellation Policy for Parties:

Full refund if canceled more than 7 days before the event 50% refund if canceled within 72 hours of the event.

No refund if canceled or rescheduled less than 72 hours before the event.
Only one reschedule is allowed per party.

No Refund for Services Rendered:

At J.E.M, all treatments and services are provided with the highest level of clinical skill, safety, and personalized care. Because medical aesthetic procedures involve time, professional expertise, and the use of medical-grade products that cannot be returned once administered, all sales for services rendered are final.

J.E.M does not offer refunds for any services that have been performed, including but not limited to neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, microneedling, skincare treatments, or any other aesthetic procedures.

Please note:

Results may vary from person to person based on anatomy, lifestyle, and individual response to treatment. Adjustments or follow-up treatments are considered separate services and are billed accordingly.

Prepaid packages and deposits for future services remain non-refundable but may be rescheduled per the clinic’s cancellation policy.

By scheduling an appointment and receiving treatment at J.E.M, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy.
